List Compare

In this section, users should input two lists of gene IDs similar as in the Data Fetch page. In addition, these options are available (deault are all true):

• Sort Lists: The input IDs are sortted alphabetically in returned results.
• Remove Duplicated Items: Duplicated items are removed to keep only one item.
• Case Insensitive: if this is checked on, CottonFGD would ignore upper/lowercase when comparing IDs.
• Ignore .1, .2... suffix: This option would ignore the difference between gene and transcript ID

List Storage

In addition to directly input gene IDs, users can use the stored gene IDs to do list comparison.

In the result table, usually there's a "store" button in the top-left corner. You can select genes you wish and store them as a list. All the lists would be stored in your browser forever unless you manually delete them.
